How does the $3 per employee billing work?
You’re billed monthly for the number of active employees on your account. Deactivate someone, the next bill drops. Hire someone, the next bill goes up. No per-seat licenses to manage.
Do I need to use any specific payroll provider?
No. We export to ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, Paychex, Paylocity, and any system that accepts CSV. Or just hand the CSV to your bookkeeper.
What if I have employees in California?
Use the Pro plan ($5/employee/month). It includes the compliance engine for California daily OT, double time after 12 hours, 7th consecutive day rules, and meal break premiums.
Does it work for service businesses with multiple sites?
